We are looking for a Business Development Manager.

Tendigi is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our expanding team. You will collaborate with Tendigi’s leadership to expand our client base, pinpoint potential relationships, establish scalable practices, and identify key growth metrics. Your focus will be on fostering new and existing client accounts that align with Tendigi’s emphasis on innovation.

Responsibilities

Generate and target new leads that highlight Tendigi’s established goals and areas of expertise Initiate and manage effective relationships with developed leads on a continuous basis Research industry trends to recognize upcoming trends and growing market opportunities Establish potential client needs and deal requirements, ensuring new business opportunities match Tendigi’s capabilities Determine the best approach to pitches and establish key deliverables for client presentations Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and aligning contract requirements to business operations Present oral and written reports summarizing new business activity, defining growth strategy, highlighting problems, and establishing resolutions to appropriate company leadership Set and track goals for new business development and maintain leads database

Strong investment in the entrepreneurial community, with established market relationships Excellent written and verbal communication; outstanding presentation and negotiation skills Proven track record in selling digital design and development services A passion for digital and emerging technologies

Experience

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including proven success in closing a variety of deals Outstanding grasp of information technology concepts and processes Demonstrated aptitude for effective leadership of staff Mobile or web experience a plus Bachelor's degree preferred
